Third Street Lifestyle Center - Wausau, WI

During the last decade, Wausau has been focused on rebuilding its central business district.  During this time, Compass Properties and its partners have created one of the most unique complexes in the state of Wisconsin, in the heart of Wausau:  the Third Street Lifestyle Center, a 250,000 square-foot mixed-use complex.  Hanson Masonry & Concrete is proud to have been a part of the Palladian, Gateway, and Jefferson Street Parking Ramp projects that were included in the Third Street Lifestyle Center. 

The Gateway at Washington Square is a 102,000 square-foot, four-story mixed used development.  Hanson Masonry & Concrete performed the masonry work on this building, as well as the Jefferson Street Parking Ramp, a six-level structure that accomodates 655 cars.  Adjacent to Gateway, the Palladian is an approximatley 61,000 square-foot, six story multi-purpose building, whose lower floors are used for retail space, and upper two floors are upscale condominiums.  Work on the Palladian included masonry and fluid-applied air-barrier.
