Hanson Masonry & Concrete, LLC believes that one of the most important functions of management is ensuring employee safety and good health. As a result, Hanson Masonry & Concrete, LLC has implemented a safety program with six main components:

Hanson Masonry & Concrete, LLC's Safety Program complies with federal, state, and local legislation in place, as well as with current OSHA guidelines. A Safety Coordinator has been appointed by management to oversee the execution of the Safety Program. Periodic job inspections are conducted in conjunction with employee survey and feedback to provide a safer working environment.
Our company takes pride in the extra effort we put forth concerning safety, particularly in the equipment provided to employees, training made available, and the supervision in place. Safety and well-being is a value that is incorporated into our company's culture from the top down--management and all levels of employees support this initiative.
